I knew Alexis Forde(Lexi) The public knew her by her "show business" name Olivia Nova. I went to school with Lexi in Minnesota my ENTIRE youth. She was an incredibly sweet and happy girl who was animal lover. She was an attractive girl growing up but she NEVER had a reputation for "making her rounds" with guys. I know she battled some sort of brief substance problem. It's absolutely heartbreaking how she left us, something SO preventable.....a urinary tract infection that turned into sepsis, the poor girl was terrified of going to the doctor. Real name was LEXI FORDE not ELENA KOSHKA. Sepsis from an urinary infection that rapidly spread to her kidneys, all of 20 years old.
